Renting a motoryacht
It is often thought that a boat license is required to rent a yacht. However, this is not the case. Our motor cruisers are practical vessels that are easy to handle. The length of the ship has a maximum of 15 meters, so that a boat license is not required.
You do not need to have sailed a meter in order to have a boating license in the Netherlands. We attach more value to the sailing experience you have gained before you are allowed to sail on ships of 10 meters and larger. For beginners we recommend choosing a motor yacht up to 9.50 meters.

Short skippertraining
Before you can take the ship, we will first explain the operation of the ship and at least make a short trial run with a few manoeuvres; including mooring. If it is your first time, we will spend more time on manoeuvring and mooring. Please indicate this when booking.

Inventory
Our ships are equipped with a full kitchen inventory; plates, cutlery, pans, etc. In addition, there will be a small refrigerator on board (don’t expect a freezer compartment) and a sink with cold and hot water.
You will not find appliances such as a coffee maker, sandwich maker etc. on board. They take up too much space and use too much power. You can make coffee the old-fashioned way with a separate coffee filter and pour hot water on it or by using instant coffee.
Textiles such as a hand and tea towel are not standard on board. You can bring these yourself or order them. Bed linen / blankets etc. are not standard on board. You can choose to bring these yourself or order them (online). Only pillows are on board according to the number of persons.

Electricity
All ships are equipped with shore power. If this is connected, you can use 220 Volts. If you do not travel every day, it is advisable to connect the boat to shore power every other day for charging the batteries. This allows you to charge your mobile phone, etc. on the go, with a car charger. An USB connection is not available as standard. It is best to bring the USB plug yourself.

Navigation / nautical charts
The necessary almanacs and nautical charts are on board, allowing you to determine your own route. The almanac provides information about bridges, harbours, telephone numbers and facilities. You can download the navigation charts at https://waterkaarten.app/ . This is ideal to combine with the paper navigation charts.
hrough the routes on our website you can already get an impression of possible routes and sights. Due to our central location it is possible to do various routes from Woubrugge varying from a weekend, midweek, week or longer. Please note! Woubrugge is the base for departure and return.

Possible extra costs
- Diesel/fuel: You start with a full tank (enough for 2 to 3 weeks). Upon return, it will be refueled and settled.
- Deposit / Own Risk per incident: You have a damage liability of € 600/€ 800.
- Endcleaning: You can clean the boat yourself (inside and outside) or include the endcleaning to you booking.
- Extras: It is possible to add bedding, towels etc to your reservation.
- Port fees: € 0 to € 2,00 per meter / night
- Bridge Money: € 0,00 to € 30,00 a week. (No bridge money in South Holland).

Which ship should I choose and is it available?
You can book online via the booking system on our website. If you can’t figure it out, don’t hesitate to contact us. It is important that you indicate in which period you want to sail, with how many people and what your captain experience is.
