For the bigger motorcruisers like Super Vios (l’Esperance), Blauwe Hand (Nautilus) and Jacabo (Mayflower) experienced captains are required.
Like a car, a yacht must also be checked regularly. Before departure you will carry out these checks together with the intructor. During your cruise, you must do these things yourself. Below you can read a number of issues discussed and practiced before departure.
Upon arrival, after / during instruction, we discuss a suitable route for you according to your experience. We try to take into account the towns and lakes if you want to see.
Here you will find week prices off all our boats in rental. These price are without discounts and extra’s (incl. VAT and hull-insurance).

If the consumer wishes to cancel the hire agreement, he must inform the proprietor as soon as possible in writing

ATTENTION! The minimum age to be a captain on our boats is 21 years.
When booking, you can specify whether you want to book extras such as bedding, cancellation insurance, cleaning, etc. On the basis of the list of inventory, you can see what you should and should not bring yourself. We can imagine that you’re not sure whether to book the extras or bring them yourself. You can always add later to your reservation.
After you booked a motorcruiser online you will receive an email to confirm receipt. Sequential you can expect a contract, invoice and additional information by email. Please return one signed copy to the address below by email, fax or mail. If you prefer receiving these documents by mail, you can always ask us to do so.
In consultation it is posible to split the payments in more than two installments. You can pay with PIN, Creditcard (VISA + Mastercard + American Express) and cash (No cheques!!!)
If you transfer a payment from inside Europe, we prefer to receive payments on our “Rabobank” account. For payments from outside Europe, you can best transfer the amount to our “ING”-account (account numbers are listed on the invoice). Optionally, you can also pay by credit card, indicate this when booking.
If you arrive too early, the chances are that the boat is not ready. Our cleaners need time to properly clean the boat. And any damage from previous renters must be repaired. We strive to make everything ready in time, so you can board on time. But it can happen boarding is possible later than indicated on the contract.
Do not expect upon arrival you will receive instructions directly. Especially when arriving on Friday from 18:00, which is the busiest day of arrival and departure, the instructions of the approximately 20 boats are spread over Friday and Saturday (depending on the weather, crowds and which boat you booked).
The time and date you have to return the boat is mentioned on the contract and invoice. Keep om mind, the boat needs to be clean and empty on the date and time mentioned on the contract and invoice. If you return too late the new customers will probably not be able to board on time. We can charge a fee of about € 75,- (depending of how much later you return the boat). Bad weather is also no reason not to return the motoryacht on time. You need to check the weather forecast yourself
and if necessary adjust your route to be back on time.
During refeuling the motoryacht will be checked by our staff for damages and possible cleaningcosts. We do appreciate it very much if you report damages and defects on the motoryacht and/or inventory.
At our office the return of the deposit is made minus:
– Damage outside
– Damage inside, interior
– Damage inventory (cups / cutlery etc.)
– Damage to third parties
In addition, the costs are also settled for:

You can borrow a vacuumcleaner on return (especially to vacuum the interstices of the hatches). De motoryacht needs to be clean and tidy before the day and time mentioned on the contract.

If you order no bedding, you must bring your own pillow covers and mattress covers. Pillows are standard on board.

The app contains all the “ANWB Waterkaarten” from Netherlands and all information on waterways, marinas and opening times of bridges and sluices from the “ANWB Wateralmanak 2”. Downloading the app is free. You will also have the opportunity to try the app 2 days for free, after that you can take a subscription. Depending on your length of cruise you can subscribe for the most suitable period:
You can also rent bikes through us for €40,00 a week a bike. Please consult/order the bikes well before sail. Keep in mind the bikes will limit the space on deck and can be obstructive while mooring etc.
Almost all motoryachts are equipped to use shore power. Only the smallest motoryachts (Palan 800) are equipped with an extention cord and adapter to be able to use shore power if necessary.
WARNING! Electrical Coolboxes can not be used on the converter. The plugs and sockets will overheat and melt.
Fleas. Make sure your pet is without flees (a flee collar will be appreciated). Because of possible allergies of following customers an prefention of a flee-outbreak, the ship will be cleaned extra thoroughly.
If a defect persists, a mechanic will be send to repare the defect. It is important for us you provide as an adress as close as possible to the motoryacht which we can reach by car.
Please report in your reservation if you are coming with a camper or similar, so we can arrange a place for it (the standard parking spaces are too small for big vehicles).

We often get a request to arrange a fishing pass. Unfortunately you will have to do this yourself as it also requiered legitimation. A small VISpas costs about € 10,50.
