Reservations or information
Use the contactpage to specify in which boats you are interested. Attention! With this form is your reservation is not confirmed. We check first if the yacht is available. When it is available we will send you a contract or we will contact you.

Also mention the period in which you want to sail and the number of people. And if children are coming too because any life jackets.

We encourage you to give multiple choices for yachts, if necessary you can specify a first and second choice. Not sure which boat to choose, PA van der Laan can advise you which boat is appropriate for the number of people and your boating experience. You can call on +31 51 172 81 13 or fill in our contact form with a check mark in "Call Me". At last, we call you.

It is possible that yachts will no longer be available, especially in the high/main season. Try to book early, the choice is larger and you will have a bigger chance of a boating holiday in the Green Heart. Possibly you have the "Last Minute" in the monitor.

Departures
Departure times are usually from Saturday to 09.00 hours Friday 16.00 hours. It is often possible to arrive on Friday and sleep on board. You will receive a brief explanation of the boat. Depending on the weather and the crowds you can also get your sailinginstructions.

As an exception, the Aegir (Palan-Sports 1100), Soleil and Pearl (both DL-Palan 1100). These can be hired from Friday 13.00 hours to 09.00 hours Friday.

In the high season from 2nd of Juli 2011 till the 2nd of September 2011 we only rent full weeks. Out of season you can consult a midweek or weekend rental as the boat has not let on. Please contact us.

Contract
When the requested yacht of your choice is available you get a contract in duplicate sent home. You can keep one copy, the other should be send back to Yachtcharter P.A. van der Laan by mail, fax or mail.

When the yacht of your choice is not available, P.A. van der Laan will contact you and try to make your cruise possible.

Payment
Payment is made in two installments. The first term, half of the rent must be paid to us to confirm the reservation. The second term, the remainder of rent plus 400 to 500 euro deposit, must be payed to us 14 days before your cruise.

Payments can be done through ATM and credit card.

Deposit / Insurance
If you come sailing with us, you are insured for damage. For any damage to the yacht, you must pay us a deposit (400 to 500 euros). Create self-inflicted damage, you lose the deposit. When you cause damage, make as much photos, contacts, and witnesses as possible and contact us as soon as possible.

Legitimation
Before you leave you will have to identify youselve. This is a mandatory requirement of the insurer.

Instruction / certification classes are included
The likelihood of damage is much smaller because of the sailing instructions and lessons that you get from our instructors. They will explain the yacht when you go sailing. You can find it out in practice guided by one of our instructors. Instructors can also advise appropriate routes.

Cleaning
The boat must be clean inside and out to prevent cleaningcosts. Cleaning can also be done by us. The costs are 40-80 euros. In return, the boat inspected and you will have the opportunity here to clean up.

Pets
It is possible to bring your pet on our yachts. Costs are 25 euro per pet. We appreciate it when you don´t let your pets on the coach. Example; the nails of dogs often cause holes and cracks in the coating.

Please make sure your pet is free of fleas (we appreciate a flea collar). The boat is cleaned after returning because of additional allergies of the following clients and prevention.

Cancellation
You can also purchase a cancellation insurance. The charge is 5% of the rent.

Boat license not required
For our yachts you need no license. We do ask sailing experience for our larger yachts.

Inventory
Our motor yachts are equipped with a full inventory. Soon we will post an inventory list on this site, so you know what you do and do not need to carry. An example of what is present in the boat:
- Pans
- Boards
- Cups / glasses
- Cutlery
- Thermos
- No filter holder 4 (no coffee maker, pour hot water into the filter yourself or use instant coffee ...a café or terras is much more fun)
- Etc.

Linen rental
For 15 euros per person you can hire bedding. Covers for matras, fitted sheets, pillowcovers, sheets and blankets / duvets / sleeping bags. Pillows are available.

Life jackets
On the boat there is always a lifesaver. Additional life jackets can be rented for 5 euros per vest. This is recommended for small children.
